Geraldine Dimalaluan is a fractional data lead and founder of GND Analytics, helping organizations turn complex data and AI outputs into reliable, actionable decisions. She brings more than a decade of experience across clinical laboratories, healthcare AI, fintech, analytics, and business strategy. Her work has supported eight enterprise healthcare AI proof-of-concept projects and improved high-stakes financial decision processes involving risk, compliance, and customer outcomes. Drawing on both scientific and commercial experience, Geraldine focuses on AI reliability, responsible human oversight, and translating technical information across departments and industries. She is especially passionate about making AI understandable to the people expected to use, challenge, and act on it.
Ammar Younas is Research Fellow and Director of the Center for Cultural Governance at the Beijing Institute of AI Safety and Governance, Beijing, China. Trained in medicine, law, and philosophy, he holds seven academic degrees, including an LL.M. from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Science and Technology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and a lawyer admitted in multiple jurisdictions. His interdisciplinary scholarship brings classical philosophy into dialogue with emerging technologies, exploring the philosophical, legal, and cultural foundations of artificial intelligence. His research focuses on cross-cultural AI ethics and governance, AI-inclusive epistemology, philosophy of technology, and the jurisprudence of future societies.

Bassar Patel is an AI researcher, educator, and technology trainer from India with 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, IoT, Robotics, and Edge AI. He is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science. He also serves as Visiting Faculty at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, India. He has delivered 1,000+ technical talks and hands-on workshops and mentored more than 5,000 learners through AI, Raspberry Pi, robotics, IoT, and STEM programs. His key interests include Computer Vision, Generative AI, Edge AI, Federated Learning, and practical AI applications. He is passionate about making AI accessible through hands-on learning and real-world projects.
Luna Pham is Founder & CEO of 5S Media, a Vietnam-based growth and communications company, and Head of International Relations at the Vietnam Advertising Association. With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing and business transformation, she is currently leading 5S Media’s transition toward an AI-first operating model, redesigning workflows, roles and organizational knowledge to improve productivity and sustainable growth. Luna is an active regional advocate for practical and responsible AI adoption among SMEs. She has shared her experience at APEC forums and international leadership programs across the Indo-Pacific, focusing on how AI can become a growth engine for smaller businesses rather than simply a technology investment. Her work sits at the intersection of AI, SME growth, human capability and inclusive digital transformation.
I am an AI product engineer based in Dubai, with a Computer Science and Design background from IIIT Delhi. I work across model behavior, software engineering and product delivery. At Trilogy, I worked on a team delivering AI-supported learning tools used by more than 5,000 learners. At Khoros, I lead delivery with five engineers and a designer. I also review coding tasks for micro1 and build public prototypes independently. For this summit, I would like to contribute a 10-minute lightning talk or practical workshop on evaluating an AI tutor beyond whether its answer sounds right. Using a synthetic learning exercise, I would separate answer accuracy, evidence that the learner understood the idea, and the point where a teacher should take over. Participants would leave with a small test set and a review checklist they can use without proprietary tools.
